pretty easy actualy just the information is saved with victory members:> you asing packets to the server that crash it simple actualy.but you underestimated him master also knows how to use rtcw codes on et pro servers like noclip,godlike,fly and stuff and he can ban without rcon and referee and also unban himselfe anytime he wanna he doesn't do this stuff because honesly realy honestly he is realy nice guy and great friend guy's untill you start to insult him:)
